Debate: "Crowdfunding - a financial pillar of civil society?"


The International Institute of the Civil Society, the Social Dialogue Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Orange Polska kindly invite you to participate in the second debate of the Economy and Entrepreneurship Debate Club entitled "Crowdfunding - a financial pillar of civil society?", which will take place on 22nd March (Thursday), from 17:00 till 19:00, in the Polish Chamber of Commerce (4th Trębacka St., Warsaw).

The meeting will be broadcast (live streaming) via ​​social media (including via the Fanpage of the International Institute of the Civil Society).

 

About the project


The "Economy and Entrepreneurship Debate Club" is a project launched in 2018 by the International Institute of the Civil Society, the Social Dialogue Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce (organizers) and Orange Polska (as a partner).

The main objective of the project is to provide civic education regarding economic matters - promotion of knowledge about economy and entrepreneurship, as well as promoting the idea of ​​civil society and also increasing citizens' involvement in the economic life of the country.

The Debate Club is aimed to be a place of interesting business meetings and a source of inspiration, but above all a platform for a free, lively, substantive discussion and also for the exchange of experiences and views on the current condition of the Polish economy (socio-economic development), as well as opportunities and challenges that are in front of it and Polish companies as far as foreign trade and investment cooperation with selected countries are concerned. This initiative will also be a chance for many informal discussions that will allow participants to get to know interesting people with similar interests, the exchange of ideas and forming of civil society leaders’ networking.
