Property in public law

On 10th October 2016, at the seat of the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw, a scientific conference regarding property in public law was held. The conference was jointly organized by the IICS, Wolters Kluwer S.A. [Publishing house] and Państwo i Prawo magazine.

Our very special guests included inter alia Prof. Andrzej Rzepliński – Chairman of the Constitutional Tribunal, dr Bohdan Zdziennicki – judge of the Constitutional Tribunal and former Chairman of the same, Prof. Andrzej Wróbel – currently judge of the Constitutional Tribunal and judge Waldemar Żurek – spokesperson of the National Council of the Judiciary. We also brought together many academics, judges and other participants from all across Poland who daily deal with problems regarding the institution of property.
