MISO and EON46 started cooperation on September 1, 2019, and initiated a civic project called  "Whistleblower", aimed at promoting and disseminating knowledge about whistleblowing, in order to  make the legal protection of whistleblowers a reality, as well as to develop civic awareness, and to foster civic attitudes involving the disclosure of irregularities by individuals who, in connection with their professional, scientific or social activities, encounter illegal or abusive actions.

One of the main areas of cooperation undertaken by the Parties to the Whistleblower Project was the development of the Whistleblower Application and making it available for free to the general public use.
The intention of the Parties to the Agreement is to strengthen mutual cooperation within the framework of the Whistleblower Project and the Whistleblower Application and their further development, as well as to precisely define the principles for further cooperation.

EON46 - the inventor of the Whistleblower Application assumes the role of a Technology Partner of the Whistleblower Project and undertakes to provide technology and IT support for both the Whistleblower Application and the entire Project. MISO, the Project's Social Partner, assumes the role of Social Coordinator of the Whistleblower Project and undertakes to provide substantive and organizational support for both the Whistleblower Application and the entire Project.
