The aim of the meeting was the mutual acquaintance with the specifics of the two organisations and initial discussing of potential areas of cooperation. The participants of the meeting declared their willingness to undertake closer systemic cooperation in the future (e.g. with regard to the implementation of joint projects and the programme of study visits), at the same time pointing to some convergent values and goals of the two organisations.

At the same time, the meeting pointed out that - despite the existence of certain differences in the area of legal and political culture - the protection of human rights and the transparency of public life are extremely valuable values from the perspective of both the Polish and the Moldovan societies.
