On 25th June 2012 in the hall of the previous building of the Library of the University of Warsaw a first Polish Azerbaijan science conference took place under the name “Polish-Azerbaijan relations: history and the contemporary times”. The event was organized by the International Institute of the Civil Society, with the cooperation of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Poland and the Centre of the Strategic Studies by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Among the lecturers one might find: the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Poland Hasan Hasanov, representatives of i.a. the Centre of Strategies Studies by the President the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, Polish Institute of Foreign Affairs and other exceptional lecturers from Polish And Azerbaijan science world.
